When and how we do our yearly talks
Each year everyone at Tjek is invited for a yearly talk. A yearly talk is a conversation about how the year has gone, a review of your compensation and a preview of what the next year will look like. The yearly talk proces is as follows: 1. All yearly talks will be held in April. 2. Your manager invite you to the yearly talk. 3. All changes will apply from 1 April for the DK team. 4. This applies for all teams in all countries.
